1. How do I place an order at Lovie Doofie? 
That’s easy. You do not have to register or become a member to shop at Lovie Doofie. All the items posted in this blog are available for purchase unless for those that have been stated ''SOLD OUT''. Simply fill up the Order Form (click here) at the bottom of the page.
2. How is my order delivered?
 
We will send your parcel on the next working day after the payment is verified, unless informed, otherwise of any delay (This does not include weekends / public holidays, as the Post Offices open from Monday to Friday).
Malaysia
Parcel(s) will be sent via PosLaju and can be tracked throughout the process of delivery, with a tracking number provided to you after we have posted the item(s) (click here).
Singapore
Parcel(s) will be sent via SingPost as Registered Article(s), with a tracking number provided after such postage is done (click here).

Kindly note that Lovie Doofie will not held any responsibility on any lost parcel(s) throughout the delivery process.

3. How do I calculate the postage charge(s)? 

Malaysia
Postage rate varies according to the weight of the item(s) (click here). If the order costs more than RM80 / SGD35, then the postage will be waived as a courtesy for your support.
Singapore
Postage rate varies (max. SGD3.35) according to the weight of the item(s) (click here). Excluding the postage cost for the item(s), the local registered article service costs SGD2.24 (includes GST).
4. How much is the postage if my order is to be sent to overseas?

Postage rate varies according to the weight of the item(s) (click here). There will be an additional of SGD2.20 applicable for international registered article.
5. What is the mode of payment? 
You can pay via internet Transfer of Money / Fund if you have an online banking account in MBB / PBB / POSB / DBS (We will send our bank account number to you after we confirm your order, according to your preferred bank. Please make sure you use the reference number issued in the acknowledgement email when paying for your order).
Cash Deposit is an alternative if you do not have any online banking account.

6. Do you have a physical boutique? 
Not at this moment. However, we are planning to have one real soon when the opportunity strikes.
