Terms and Conditions

Early Bird / Reservation
We will reserve the item(s) being so ordered only for 3 days, as it is always fair to sell at first come first serve basis. If the payment is not remitted within the 3 days time, the item(s) will be released.


Exchange / Replacement / Refund
We will check through the item(s) that you have ordered before we proceed to send it for delivery. Therefore, without a reason which we deem valid, the item(s) sold cannot be exchanged/replaced/refunded.

There is strictly no refund; but replacement / exchange can be done if  in any case, we need to bear the responsibility on the damaged item(s) being delivered.

Please note that any discrepancy in colour and size of the item(s) will NOT be taken into consideration. 


Cancellation
We are sorry that we do not allow any cancellation on item(s) being so ordered, after we have received the payment from you.

Please understand that we appreciate only the genuine buyers.


Loss / Damages
Lovie Doofie does not held any responsibility on any loss or damage during the delivery process of the parcel(s). Kindly double-check that you have filled in the correct address for such delivery to be done, too.
